West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | After reading the many pond threads/replies over the past several years, boy am I glad that I live in an area where I have a choice of many different size lakes, creeks, rivers to fish/swim/waterski within five minutes or less from my yard. And, most all of the local meat markets sell local fish species fresh and frozen for less than it would cost to catch the fish myself...except maybe sun fish, we catch them using butterfly nets and pieces of Dorito chips as bait.
