Western Oregon | Careful with pork rinds. Also do you know how they are made? Eating too many processed snack foods may cause or contribute to health problems, especially if they’re high in calories, sodium, or both — as is the case with pork rinds. Processed is the key, things added.
I make my own or go without. You can bake carb free tortillas and season them right or make cheese crisps from goat cheese, other cheeses are OK. I don't eat deep fried anything, seed oils, processed or things with wheat....James
