We really haven’t had much clay tile around here.

It is concrete tile. Whole lot put in in the 1950s to 1980s.

For that, one would use the ‘dual wall’ plastic figures to calculate its flow.

I assume but don’t know clay tile would be the same?

The tile guys incorporated all of dads concrete tile here, in general most of the new water is using dads cement as the backbone mains. There was only 1 that was 3/4 filled with dirt that they didn’t reuse or add to.
