Just remember when you need snow blown to get groceries or ditches mowed when the renter is 60 miles away. Everyone like seed companies chemical and fertilizer companies think about themselves first. I just remember a time when the game ends and you need to knock on your neighbors doors to rent it. Sometimes the smartest people are the ones who wait.
