Jackson, mn | I been farmin a long time and have been in the rent game a long time. The LL is just like them seed and fertilizer guys. They can jump rent $100 in a good year like after 08 only drop $40 an acre and say I can’t live on less. Get a good year like 12 and jump it $100. Drop it $30 in between and complain bout taxes and living. Then jump it $100 after 21. Them are the same people that are living better then when they farmed the ground. I always see renters switching in the bad times but them LL’s never take a hair cut. I need to go back to the 80’s an 90’s when they had to beg a farmer to rent their ground. Of course that’s when they take a hair cut. Believe me they don’t like it. At the same time they been talking about the CD’s in the bank and complaining about their interest they are collecting | |
