I didn't have to take it but in 15 when cattle market fell out of bed and was 50% forward contracted for profit on every pen and still lost huge huge money on 1800 head. Took almost 10 yrs to dig out. Being extremely cautious with them presently because were going to see same thing when this thing crashes again.
And accountant said i had a well run operation. Never ever maxed out 179, lowest cost of living of any of his farm clients, had never lost money in my career, it was plain markets that did it. | |
