yes, probably some have been unofficially bankruptcy for quite some time (equity burned) . j powell keeping interest rates that actually amount to something make it hard for some to continue living beyond their means. but that chapter 12 thing they`ve used that as a way to write down stuff they over pay for, someone has to eat it.
