Honestly, this is a place where climate Field View SHOULD work well. Not sure if it will, and it's too late for this year, well, maybe. Or, SMS should be able to do it, as was already mentioned.
As far as the pro 700 changing varieties on the go, I kinda did it, but the way I did it you basically start a new field, so not ideal.
Harvest data into a pro700?
