Pittsburg, Kansas

I agree on the beef is what is for dinner jingle.

Tonight we had some pre cut pork loin. And it was delicious. But when it comes to satiety for longer and just satisfaction beef is number one for my wife and I. Pork comes in second and chicken a very distant third. That is funny to me because before we went low carb eating going on seven years ago now I would have said chicken was probably my most preferred meat. It would have become a toss up between hamburger and chicken.

Now I bet we don't have chicken as a main dish maybe a couple times a month. My wife does use ground chicken in some carnivore mac and cheese dish that is delicious but it is always as a side dish to some other meat for the main course.
