| Could it be that there was more than one "unknown" in those sales figures?
I agree that firms will look to pre-book inventory - especially if the basis is good - but I wouldn't think that it would be called an export sale until it is actually sold to a foreign nation - but I am not sure of that. I do know that they will move things around from one location to another depending on the freight or other costs associated with each sale. That is done all the time in off farm sales here in the USA as well.
