No, not like today. In ‘83 there was land available all over, banks forcing sales or guys just giving up. If you didn’t like what was for sale, all you had to do was knock on doors and ask if they’d consider selling, and often the answer was yes. We aren’t there yet this time. Maybe in a few more years if things stay as they are this year.
