nc ks | Same here. Some of our firing brown silk corn fields got less than a half inch day before yesterday and we didn't think that would be enough with a brutal forecast. But, the forecast quickly changed and pushed the brutal heat back several days and added some rain to the forecast as well. Getting very small amount of rain this morning but it is still wet and cooler vs. 102 like was forecast so we keep hanging on looking for that bigger rain that will carry us a few weeks. | |
