Last trip to the case, ribeyes were $24.99/lb. Our local grocery store quit selling steaks, not enough people buying them.

Doesnt that mean the price should come down?


Sliced roast beef was $14.99/lb, that might be normal, not sure, but still high enough I bought ham instead.



Does price not move with demand anymore?


Everything else doubled in price, why shouldn't beef?

That isn't that bad, for where we are. About normal for the last decade or so.
