I actually don’t have an equity problem whatsoever. I very fortunately started farming at the turn of the century and it’s been mostly good times. I wasn’t feeling sorry for myself. I was feeling sorry for kids who are 24 years old, wanting to buy a house and start a family, and there’s just not many ways to get it done.
