Had that same problem with mine (which I built in 2014) about a year and a half ago. Did the power supply swap first and no change - it was the motherboard. Had to update the memory as well. Later upgraded to a M.2 SSD on the motherboard instead of the smaller SATA version I had. Think I'll need to upgrade my video card to go to Windows 11.
