Other countries use Tariff's as A) part of their tax scheme B) to fund their inspections and import/export bureaucracies and C) to protect local industries. There may be more.
Exactly. That’s what we’re tying to get to. And have others pitch in to help pay the tax. And be self sufficient when they throw out another fake pandemic
