The June budget surplus was completely due to the calendar. June started on a weekend so payments due on June 1 were paid in May. There was a paragraph on that subject in the press release.
Wages routinely outpace inflation. It’s want anything Trump did. It’s just normal. In 2024 wages out paced inflation. | |
