The $ per job from the CHIPS act, will be vastly better than the $ per job from Trumps first Tariff boondoggle, where we actually LOST jobs. 

Just slapping a tariff on something and demanding companies do something actually does NOTHING to cause the thing you want to happen, to happen. It just raises prices, and may actually limit your access to the tariffed item. 

I can't believe people are dumb enough to fall for this.
