Probably gonna get worse unless we have a deflationary depression. That would be REALLY worse. May have some of both in a whiplash fashion. Inflationary is the only way it can ultimately end because of the excessive debt. Inflation of the money supply has already happened (what the word inflation used to mean) and continues to happen. Now people relate to the term inflation to mean higher prices as though the terms are interchangeable. One ultimately leads to the other, but they are not the same.

The piper gets paid one way or the other. People closest to the source of the newly created dollars benefit while people further down the chain find that their wage raises do not keep up with the rising prices.
