In MN, I’d suggest you find a used GPS receiver unlocked for RTK and get on the MN CORS system that you can then have RTK accuracy every year for free. Or if you have a relatively newer Trimble system, pony up for the unlock. Should only take a couple years to offset the subscription costs. And will be more accurate and repeatable.
