The Value of the dollar has dropped by 2/3 in the last 20 years. I pay $8 a pound for my breakfast steaks at the local store. . Pickups I bought in 2012 for $13250 are now $40000. Tractors that sold for $120000 in 2002 are now $400000 . Fat Cattle sold for $1 a pound in 2000 , now are $2.50-3 a pound. I am happy that the cattlemen are getting that.
