The bigger issue for Toyota cars made in USA is the 50% tariff on steel for the vehicles they produce in USA. With the balance of 15% tariff on its imported cars to USA compared to the steel tariff, it makes it no advantage to increase production in USA due to steel tariffs they face, along with all domestic produced vehicles.
