Scranton | It doesn't matter if all the other cars are running 67. If they pull you over and give you a ticket, its legit. To further the comparison, sometimes law enforcement allows people to get away with a little speeding. BUT...drivers after a while push it too far. At that point, the cops step up and start writing tickets to slow everyone back down to a safe and manageable speed. | |
