On YouTube, there is a channel for a very pretty French lady-short brunette : anyway, she goes by “ Glucose Goddess”. She has a LOT to tell you about why things happen-diet wise & how different foods affect glucose. She speaks English without an accent. You will get an education from her if you pay attention.
