NW Iowa | I bought 60lbs from a local grocery store a month back.
He gets it straight from IBP,
Uses roast and trimmings to get me 85%,
Cost $4.65/lb. It's excellent and he even made some patties for same price.
I think there is some gouging going on.
I know braunger's in SC it was running $5 something, cheaper than covid prices.
I can't butcher my own for that price.
Get the cuts i want and no having to sell any of it
Especially if it's sourced off one roast. | |
