| Our family has made the choice to consume lees beef going forward. It just costs too much. Another thing that helps curb beef appetite personally is hearing the 20 something son of a neighboring beef producer spout off about how his family is running out of places to park their cash. Told my son they keep having to find homes for cash. Think of that whenever I want to grill a steak and it makes eating boring ole chicken breast a little more palatable. Dad and grand father are very humble guys but this kid wasn’t around when cattle guys got humbled. | |
