Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Reported this morning on the Today Show about the high price of beef. Said beef prices were skyrocketing like eggs a few months ago.
Might put a lid on prices for awhile?
I thought they did a fair assessment of the supply side. Smaller herds, fewer family farms, higher interest rates, drought in the midwest and plains states, higher tariffs on Brazilian beef, ban on Mexican beef due to “ weird” screw worm.
But eggs are back down.
