Looks good to me so far. I’d want to go down to 15 foot for the bottom and then taper up to 8 feet deep as you get to the banks. We dug one last winter it’s 16 foot in the deep channel and about 6-8 foot to the banks. We have blue clay here around 12-14 feet so once we hit that we know it’ll hold water. Just make sure you pack your sides down well so the water doesn’t leach so much. Pretty happy with ours. Threw the first round of feeder stock in a couple months ago now. Plan to add bass this time next year. About 3/4 acre pond.
