That is very interesting! I had never really paid much attention to red light therapy until lately when I heard a lot of talk about it during a Joe Rogan podcast. It sounds intriguing. It is kind of interesting too how in general people who spend a lot of time outdoors have often seemed to be healthier and more resilient in general than the people who avoid the outdoors. Maybe that video explains at least one of the reasons for that.

Maybe mom’s recommendation when sick of going outside and getting some fresh air, which usually did make a person feel better, had more to do with the light than the fresh air itself. Maybe it is another example of correlation not meaning causation.
