Maybe it's my age or maybe it's from excessive computer programing but why can't people just tell us what they think rather than a whole back story that may not even be true?

It doesn't take a quarter of an hour to say fry your eggs or boil your eggs or whatever he was going to say. 

I and (probably) many others appreciate your health related posts but if they drag out the point I just don't listen.  If you are so inclined maybe you would consider mentioning the time at which the video gets to the point.

This is no criticism of you, just the YouTubers who think they need to write a novel when a paragraph would do.
