Western Oregon | Son did ham. 1" steaks marinated with brown sugar and yellow mustard, topped with fresh pineapple. Yams baked in oven with Dollar Tree no salt seasoning and butter, added 2 TBS dark brown sugar after 30 minutes and turned oven off but let sit in oven for 15 more. Dessert was Umpqua brand rainbow sherbet.
Going to make scalloped potatoes and ham with some of the leftover ham. Boil potatoes, drain, add milk, diced ham and some cheese, top with corn flakes and more cheese. Bake....James | |
