The Internet | I got a Samsung Galaxy smart watch "free" with a Samsung tablet, i also have a Samsung S22 phone which was the flagship phone at the time.
In my spare time I run and have a Garmin 55 watch for that purpose.
Having had the smart watch for about a year, I'd not pay for it in washers, it's utterly pointless. I've tried using in in place of the Garmin for running but it's not nearly as good. It tracks your movement and tells me I've covered x distance in y time, but it's told me before I've walked 4km when I've just been sat in the tractor all day and has sensed bumps.
They have lots of health tracking features, but it's just harvesting your information for some reason or another. The movement tracking is fine, but if you want to be healthier, eat properly and take regular exercise, you'll soon know if your healthier because you'll feel and look better and you belly won't be flopping over your belt.
I don't need more distractions from tech telling me to move, relax and give me dozens of notifications in a day. Never mind another device that needs charging up every day. So save your money and use an old fashioned dumb watch that just tells the time and date | |
