I don't know much about Minnesota, but in Nebraska the news on the regional stations treat farmers as a big deal where in a lot of states that isn't so. I don't watch our news anymore but the aircraft industry and the school board is about all they really cared about. There is also very few corn growing farmsteads in Nebraska that aren't totally new from the $7 corn days. Many many pivots got replaced not because they were failing, but because they needed to upgrade something with the cash. The old pivots either got shipped to KS or got put as wipers on the corners. Good for them. They hit it good. Now some are hitting it good with utube. I don't much care for the I just lost a million or I just bought something for a million click bait. That just says something about their character imo.
