Southeast Colorado		I've mentioned it a few times here but it's worth bringing into this thread as well.

I've been trying to look at helping my adult daughter buy her first house. We've kind of backed away from that project because it has been discouraging. Most of the property taxes are higher than my wife and I paid for rent back when we were closer to her age. I'm talking similar type properties as well.

EDIT: On 2nd thought...........the houses were 25 years newer back then. She's still looking at homes built in the 50s like we used to rent, in order to keep it affordable.
