What about drone application after dark? Is that done? I'm talking about 2200 hrs & later. Often winds subside a few hrs after sunset. I believe if one has anti-collision lighting it should be ok? If one visually scouts the field in daylight it should be safe.

Then there's the "beyond the line of sight" thing. Day or night. That's probably one of those things not discussed in public? Though the rule may soon be changed, it'll still have a lot of caveats.
