I sold some rental houses. County valuations were pretty low, so I sold for double or triple what the county thought it was worth. Once the county appraisers see the house on zillow, they raise the valuation. Several of the houses were gov loans with very low down payment. So the people that bought the houses loan payment went up quite a bit I would think.
