We are talking about ideal situations here, aren't we? Does this mean you are advocating single parenthood as an ideal situation? If so, I disagree with that, perhaps even more then I disagree with the contention that kids are best served by being raised outside their home by people other then their parents.

I believe you posted this to my post. Yes, we are probably talking about ideal situations, two parents, in a loving, caring, secure home.
The other two points however I am having trouble finding in my post. No, I do not believe either nor did I advocate either.
