Hennepin, IL | WAAS is WAAS on any system. Deere Autotrac systems won't function on WAAS and because of that you essentially get a lifetime subscription of SF1 with any AutoTrac activation (that's one way to look at it anyways)
SF1 is free on a yearly basis and is a (noticeable) step above WAAS. Comparable to Rangepoint RTX, Terrastar L, lower level Omnistar whichever that was, etc
SF2 was the mid level correction for Starfire receivers up through the 3000. It's subscription based. I'd call it comparable to the higher level of Omnistar, and probably just a touch below but similar to Centerpoint RTX and Terrastar C
SF3 essentially replaced SF2 in the 6000 and up Starfire receivers. It's better than SF2 but I forget why exactly. Very comparable to Centerpoint RTX and Terrastar C/C Pro. Pretty sure all of those are advertised as repeatable for <1 year.
