Southeast Colorado | I farm by a great neighbor who has 6 other siblings. He's in his 70s now.........but has been farming and ranching basically his entire life. He inherited a pretty large land base from his parents at a fairly young age. He told me that he has the rights to farm it rent free...........but if he ever sells or leases the land out, his siblings all have equal shares of the property. His parents have been gone well over 30 years now..........and it has all held up well since then. | |
