NEIA | Have a son that works in one of their block manufacturing plants. He started out making all the different blocks. He is now in maintenance. Only one who has been there longer is the plant manager. He says the blocks are pretty good. If they don't make grade they get tossed. Menards make all their own blocks. They own their cement plant. I don't know if Menards make blocks for anyone else, but it wouldn't surprise me as many that they make in a day. | |
