All that can be done with a mavic 3M yes. But it also need other software to do it. I think the better one is pix4d. I did some trials on my sprayer for spot spraying on a PT sprayer with a JD rate controller. It works, but not that easy. You could also find rocks if you fly lower and get an enough good resolution with the pix4d magic tool.
