I have slightly high ferritin, I think mine was around 360 the last time. My iron was within range however.

My white blood cells are just below the low range and usually around 2.9 - 3.1. Family doctor sent me to an oncologist/hematologist to see why. So far I am completely unimpressed with him, he never reads my chart until he is the room with me and I have caught him several times misreading it. The last time I was there he tried to blame it on creatine. He had me do an abdominal sonogram to look for fatty liver and fatty spleen, everything came back perfect on that. So either I have a blood or bone marrow cancer or its normal for a keto diet. I have seen several studies that show and lots of anecdotal evidence that white blood cell count drops because the body has a reduced auto-immune response on a low carb diet.
