My PPO offered a free consultation for a health checkup. Gave us a 50 dollar gift certificate for each of my wife and I for doing it. Nice lady showed up. Ask a few health questions. Ask if I would mind giving a pee sample and I said sure, would like to know how it turns out. So we got our hundred bucks gift certificates and got back my pee test. 

We eat LOTS of meat. In fact mostly meat. Guess what came back testing high and was suggested we take it up with our primary doctor because it was abnormal? They sent a copy to my doctor which is good.
