North Central Kansas | I wear a Garmin Instinct Crossover. Use it to track my heart rate and activity. Had issue several years ago with a Dr prescription that lowered my heart rate to below 40. My typical resting rate is 50-60. A couple of weeks ago I didn’t feel very good. My watch was going off telling me my heart rate was abnormally high. It was running around 135 constantly. Went to Dr and was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter. Spent the last two weeks getting medicine adjusted to lower rate. Finally got it down. Wouldn’t have known what the issue was without my watch. Thinking about upgrading to the Fenix 8 watch. Son in law works for Garmin. He can buy at a discounted price that is very affordable. | |
