the best thing i did when i was setting up my machine was to contact chuck thompson, he is on here on agtalk as bowtieighth
he helped me maximize the flow through my cooler, he has solutions that will get the most out of the raven accuflow at rates that make them perform like the vortex. i was certain i was going to have to have a vortex or double coolers but he made my accuflow work and it works well. even at what i have going, i have a 15 knife machine and am not getting the rate you want at the speed your wanting out of mine. i would think you might need the second cooler but chuck would be the one to ask.
