Good day, I have a question regarding lifetime farming privileges. When trusts and will are made out has anyone every heard of establishing lifetime farming practices to one of the offspring? What i mean by that is, is there a way to establish legally the right for my son, to farm property i owned after i pass but willed to his sibling, till he decides not to farm anymore. This would give ownership of the property to his sibling but allow him to farm till he cannot anymore.
