Then figure the gallons per minute of NH3 you'll be running and decide from there.
I bet you'll need two coolers, especially if running in the early spring or fall.
For a bar that big, we have always run two coolers, but we either ran Hiniker or the smaller Continental coolers. We had them so we wanted to be sure that cooler size wasn't our limiting factor. | |
