My wife got an Apple Watch when she was having AFIB issues. It helped get the doctor to believe her.
When I was having issues with my heart speeding up I got one also. It helped me get my SVT fixed and now I am used to the features of it. They stand up remarkably well for the abuse they take and the amount of technology inside them.
