Pittsburg, Kansas | Here Nick Norwitz interviews another PHD scientist on the subject with some differing ideas. I hardly ever watch Physionic channel, and I am not sure why. Something about his mannerisms on his channel just turns me off. That does not mean he is not smart nor does not have useful information. I see my being put off by his mannerisms mostly my weakness and not his. I actually like listening to him in this more relaxed interview style than what I do in his more sensationalized presentations on his channel. Maybe I will get a better attitude toward him.

I like the thing that they bring up that things are not always binary. Either "good" or "bad" with nothing in between. I can see where certain foods can have some good characteristics and health benefits while at the same time having some negative effects. And depending on what a particular persons health needs are may be a decent food for one person and not for another. For example for me as a diabetic who controls my blood sugar almost entirely by diet (and some exercise) very starchy vegetables are a no no for me but may be just fine for a metabolically healthy person. It doesn't make the vegetable bad, it makes it bad for me specifically because of my metabolic health.
