He promotes animal fats like tallow instead of seed oils, not sure where he got that.

And now I read he doesn't like the dairy fats in whole milk and cheese, that is
a contradiction, in a big way.  I can't figure this guy out.  I do think it is good to
get rid of the food dyes.
